In general, COVID-19 has seen an uptick in the need for businesses to establish a digital presence. Especially for people who work alone, like consultants, who used to get most of their business from word of mouth or referrals. This has become very difficult as COVID-19 limits our physical interactions. This group of entrepreneurs therefore have to establish themselves online, or risk being left out as customers are unable to find them.
